Understand
Know what you captured
The app identifies what is on screen: the program and its version, error messages,
products, documents, tables, charts, events, addresses, QR and barcodes, code, contacts,
and objects in a photo. It reads text with the recognition built into Windows and the text
an app reports through Windows accessibility.
- Windows error codes explained in plain language
- Signs of scams and phishing pointed out
- Passwords, card numbers, and ID numbers flagged so you can blur them
Extract
Get the content out
Clean text from any capture, a table as CSV, TSV, Markdown, or JSON, contacts, calendar
events, invoice and receipt fields, code and logs, web addresses, dates, phone numbers, and
email addresses. Numbers such as VINs, ISBNs, product barcodes, and tracking numbers are
checked as they come out.
- Copy the text from a capture in one click
- Barcodes and QR codes decoded on your PC
- Wi-Fi passwords and ID card details are never pulled out of a code

Find what you still need to know
Turn on Best Quality and a capture that looks like a product, a store page, or a barcode is
identified online. The card lists store offers from Google Shopping and eBay, cheapest
first, with specifications, features, warranty, known issues, and what reviewers say. Error
messages get an exact search, the official documentation, and the latest version of the
program.
- Recalls for a vehicle from its VIN, and books from an ISBN
- Documents, chats, and code are not sent for identification
- Captures that look sensitive are never sent automatically
Act
Hand it to the next step
Copy it, open it in Excel, draft a calendar event or an email, open an address in Maps,
follow a web address, track a package, translate it, get it explained, or turn it into
support-ticket or bug-report text. Then save it, share it, or back it up to your own cloud.
- Calendar events and contacts open in your own Windows apps
- Search or shop for what the app identified
- Backups go to your Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Box, or a folder you pick
