Account deletion

Delete your Picture Sense account

This page covers the Home Field account used by Picture Sense (app ID tv.homefield.picturesense), published by Farmen Capital LLC. You can delete the account from inside the app, or by email if you no longer have the app installed.

Deleting is permanent. Your pictures and generated images cannot be recovered afterwards. Save anything you want to keep first.

Delete in the app

This is the fastest way, and it needs no reply from us.

  1. Open Picture Sense.
  2. Make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Choose Delete account.
  5. Confirm. The deletion starts straight away.

You are signed out as soon as the deletion starts, and your content is unreachable from that moment, even while the files are still being removed.

Delete by email

If you have uninstalled the app, or you cannot sign in, ask us instead. There is no web form yet, so this is an email request that a person handles.

Email a deletion request

That button opens a message to support@homefield.tv with the subject Picture Sense account deletion request. Send it from the email address on the account if you can. If you signed in with Apple or Google, say which, and give the address that account uses, so we can find the right record.

We may write back to confirm it is you before we delete anything. We ask for nothing beyond what we need to match the request to an account, and we never ask for a password, because the account has none.

Delete one picture instead

You do not have to delete the whole account to get rid of something. In the app you can delete a single picture or a single generated result from the item itself, and that runs the same deletion job on just that item. Shortening a retention setting in Settings also applies to what is already stored, not only to new pictures.

What is deleted

Deleting the account removes everything below. Deleting a single item removes the same things for that item.

  • Your original photos and captures.
  • Every generated image, including Decorate Me results, Style Me results, and each intermediate layer of a try-on.
  • The masks that recorded what you asked to preserve.
  • The embeddings, which are the numeric representation of a picture used to find similar things. We treat these as your content, so they go with the picture.
  • The prompts and prompt versions stored with each job.
  • Detected products and shopping matches.
  • Your consent records, your settings, your saved postal code, and your cloud history.
  • Your sign-in record itself, so the account no longer exists.
  • The tokens for any storage service you connected, which disconnects it.

Where a provider supports deleting what we sent it, we ask for that too.

Deleting your Home Field account never touches files you already own in your own Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, or Box. Those are your files in your account, and they stay there until you delete them yourself.

What is kept, and why

  • Cost records, with your account identifier removed. One row per cloud call recording the provider, the model, the cost, how long it took, and whether it worked. These hold no picture, no prompt, and no text from your pictures. After a deletion they are no longer linked to you. We keep them because we have to be able to account for what our providers charged us.
  • A deletion receipt. A record that a deletion ran, what it covered by count, when it started and finished, and whether anything failed. It holds no content and no file names.
  • Emails and purchase records. If you have written to us, or bought something, we keep those only as long as we need them to support you and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

How long it takes

  • Immediately. Your content is marked deleted. From that moment nothing is reachable through the app or the service, whatever happens next.
  • Within minutes, normally. The files and the database rows are removed, and the service re-checks that every folder is empty. A file that survived fails the run and it is retried.
  • Within 30 days at the outside. If a step keeps failing, we finish it by hand. It has never taken this long, and this is the outside limit rather than an expectation.
  • An email request adds the time it takes us to confirm who you are. We aim to answer within two business days.

Subscriptions and purchases

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Apple and Google own the billing relationship, so cancel there first or you will keep being charged:

  • iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions.
  • Android: the Google Play app, your profile picture, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions.

Unused credits are lost when the account is deleted and they are not refundable. If you bought a credit pack recently and have not used it, write to us before you delete.
